Custom Pet Portrait Ornaments, Hand-Painted with Love

It started, as many of my “new product launches” do, with someone asking, “Can you paint one for me?” I had just sold out of the first round of custom hand-painted house ornaments when my sister asked if I could make one featuring a pet instead. I wasn’t sure I could fit that much personality into a three-inch space—but I was up for the challenge.

Luckily, I had a few photos of her dog, Clover (a.k.a. my third niece), from a recent visit. I turned one into a tiny watercolor portrait, sent her a photo, and she immediately said, “It's perfect! You have to put these in your shop!” So I did. And now, apparently, the people agree. These little custom watercolor pet portraits are going FAST—just like the house ones.

Each ornament comes in a little gold frame with a chain and boxed for gifting. You can choose either a pet or a house (not both, unless your pet is literally the size of speck of dust). They make the sweetest holiday keepsakes—especially if your “fur baby” deserves a spot on the tree this year.
